Art therapy provides a safe, creative space to connect with yourself, to share and work through distressing and confusing thoughts and feelings and to explore new possibilities.

I am psychodynamically trained, my approach is client led, integrating person-centred, relational, neuro-affirmative approaches, adapting to the specific needs of each person.

Working with vulnerability (both as a therapist and as a person in therapy) has heightened my sensitivity to the importance of equality in therapist/patient relationships. I feel strongly about patient autonomy and working to framework whereby a person's needs are defined and addressed collaboratively. I endeavor to meet clients where they are at, without judgement or expectation, and to become attuned to their experience.
